Ingredients

Meat chicken (mix of drumsticks and thighs) 1 Kilogram
Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
Chili sauce sweet 3 Tablespoons
Fish sauce 1 teaspoon
Ginger root (2.5 cm) 1 Piece
Garlic 1 Clove
Lime (peel) 1 Piece

For garnish:

Long grain rice 250 Grams
Coconut (shavings) 4 Tablespoons
Cilantro 1/2 Bunch

Method of preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

  2. Chicken drumsticks and thighs wash, dry, put on a baking sheet. Garlic and ginger root peel, grate on a fine grater. Washed cilantro, finely chop.

  3. Sprinkle the chicken pieces with vegetable oil, chili sauce, lime juice, sprinkle with the zest, garlic, ginger, stir with your hands directly on the baking sheet.

  4. Place baking sheet in the preheated oven, bake for 30 minutes.

  5. While the chicken bakes, prepare rice according to instructions on the package. Sprinkle cooked rice with coriander, coconut and serve with roasted chicken pieces, pour the juice from the pan.
