650 grams chicken fillet
1 large onion
2 tomatoes
100 grams of mushrooms
60 grams of cheese “Parmesan”

For the sauce:

0.3 liters of milk
30 grams of butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 clove of garlic


a pinch of nutmeg
0.5 teaspoon dried parsley
spoon of dried garlic
white pepper


Meanwhile, make the sauce. In a small saucepan, put the butter, melt it and add a crushed garlic clove. Promoseven it slightly, add flour and mix thoroughly. Then add the milk, stir and add the remaining milk. In the resulting sauce add spices and cook to a thick state, stir constantly. Ready sauce leave to cool.

Take a baking dish and coat with butter.

Onions cleaned and cut into rings. Similarly cut tomato. Grind the mushrooms and cut into small strips, washed chicken. Meat sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Cheese RUB on a grater.

Put products in the form of layers. On the bottom put the onion and put on top of chicken. Fill it with prepared sauce.
On top sprinkle 1/2 part prepared cheese. Then make a layer of the mushrooms, they put tomatoes, again pour all the remaining sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the dish for 25 to 30 minutes.
