A simple dinner will sparkle with new colors, if it is to decorate the famous Indian spice” garam masala”.
500-600 g chicken Breasts;
2 tbsp flour;
spices garam masala — 2/3 tsp — would be hot, but not fiery;
3 small eggplant;
sauce-accompaniment — low-fat natural yogurt.
1. Cut chicken Breasts in small cubes, add the egg, flour, spices, garam masala, all mix well. Allow to infuse for 10-15 minutes.
2. Fry on a heated, oiled frying pan until cooked on both sides (2 minutes each).
3. Eggplant cut into slices, fry until done, add salt, sprinkle with cilantro and serve everything together.
