2 l of water
3 chicken wings or other chicken parts at will
bunch of spinach
greens at will
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Cook the wings after 25 minutes, add the potatoes, cut into cubes,salt.
Onion, carrots to grate and fry, add to soup.
Spinach slice and a little put out in a pan (I add a few tablespoons of broth from the soup).
When the potatoes are ready add the spinach to the soup.
When it boils add one egg (a little salt and stir with 2 tablespoons of broth from the soup).
