A simple daily dish: chicken and mushrooms are always a good combination. Today, I have oyster mushrooms, but you can take mushrooms, but if there are stocks of wild mushrooms, it will be a real feast.
500 g of boiled chicken (half or pair of legs);
300 g oyster mushrooms;
200 ml. cream 15%;
greens (parsley, dill)
1. Conventially chop the onion and fry until soft-brown colour.
2. Add the mushrooms, the large pre-cutting and cutting large, hard feet.
3. Fry all together, stirring, until it will turn brown… pour the cream and add pieces of boiled chicken. Salt-pepper. Ready in 5 minutes, when the cream thickens. Well, the greens don’t forget, if you like.
