garlic — 3 cloves
chicken — 1.6 kg
rosemary — 10 grams
fresh ginger — 10 g
corn flour — 10 gr
soy sauce — 50 ml
Squeeze the juice from the orange.
Grate the ginger on a grater, garlic finely chop.
Add all to the orange juice, pour soy sauce.
Put the chicken in a plastic bag, pour the marinade, add rosemary, close and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Remove and put the chicken in the baking dish and send in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, then turn over and bake the same.
Remaining marinade, drain, bring to boil and cook on slow heat until evaporate half the liquid.
Then add corn flour while stirring and continue to cook until thick sauce.
Ready serve the chicken with the sauce.
