Ingredients

  • Cracker cheese — 9 PCs.
  • Boiled egg yolk — 1 PC.
  • Butter — 60 gr.
  • Green onions
  • Red caviar — 3 tbsp
  • Dill
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Method of preparation

  • Step 1 To the softened butter add the egg yolk, chopped green onion , salt and black pepper.
  • Step 2 Grind in a blender until smooth and remove for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Step 3 using a pastry bag spread the resulting paste on crackers.
  • Step 4 spread the caviar on Top and decorate with dill. Bon appetit!
