Творожно-яблочное суфле с корицей в микроволновке

Ingredients:

cottage cheese 9% 200 g
sweet apples (large) 1 PC.
eggs 1 PC.
ground cinnamon

Preparation:

Big Apple peel, grate, add the raw egg, not cheese.
