How to make “Grape brandy”
Make a syrup of sugar. For this, melt it with a small amount of water. If you want, add a teaspoon of starch.
A special knife, remove the zest from the lemon. Remove only the top layer, because the white layer is bitter and will ruin the infusion.
Pour the zest and spices in water or alcohol, leave for three hours.
Add in alcohol, the grapes and sugar syrup. Pour the brandy in the jars, seal them with lids. Steep for 2-3 months in a cool dark place.
