An original combination of ingredients.
- water 3 l
- grapes white 220 g
- strawberry 170 g
- sugar 4 tbsp.
- Wash the white grapes.
- Put in boiling water together with sugar.
- Boil five or six minutes, the boil – secondary.
- Pour enumerated strawberries, boil all together two minutes.
- The steeping time of the drink – from 15 to 17 minutes.
The compote can be served with fresh mint leaves and ice.
