One of my favorite dishes. The Aioli sauce makes the taste and I’m doing it in advance. And, of course, impossible to do without smoked paprika.
400 g octopus;
400 g new potatoes;
1. Pre-boil the octopus. Read more HERE
2. Potatoes fried until it will turn brown on the grill pan. Followed by the tentacles of an octopus.
3. Serve the octopus with potatoes , drizzled with Aioli sauce, sprinkle a pinch of oregano and smoked paprika.
