Feijoa 500 Grams
Sugar 500 Grams
Lemon (juice) 1 Piece
Ginger grated 3 Tablespoons

Method of preparation

  1. Chop feijoas in a blender, mix with sugar and grated ginger.

  2. Put in a saucepan, add 0.5 cups of water and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Close to sterile jars and store in a cool place or in the refrigerator.
