In jams and live jam from feijoa, you can add lemon or other citrus – orange or lime.

Method of preparation
Chop feijoas in a blender, mix with sugar and grated ginger.
Put in a saucepan, add 0.5 cups of water and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Close to sterile jars and store in a cool place or in the refrigerator.
