For dessert cooking you will need a fruit with a thin skin.
- oranges 1 kg
- 1 kg of sugar
- water 300 ml
- brandy 2 tbsp.
- Fruit to wash, cook in water until boiling, leave for ten minutes, remove, cool.
- Slice the fruit into circles, peel to remove.
- Put in a saucepan, add the sugar and pour water.
- Bring to the boil, stirring.
- Allow to cool, add brandy.
- Still a bit to boil, pour into clean jars.
Jam can be submitted to tea or prepare a orange puff.
