- mutton 500 g
- rice 1 Cup
- onion 2 PCs.
- carrots 2 PCs.
- the sweet Bulgarian pepper 2 PCs.
- potato 2 PCs.
- tomatoes 1 PC.
- Bay leaf
- Diced onions, sweet peppers, tomatoes, potatoes.
- Carrots grate.
- Lamb cut into pieces.
- Set the mode “Baking” for 40 minutes.
- Fry the lamb for 20 minutes.
- Add the onion in five minutes – carrots, five minutes – sweet pepper, in conclusion, tomatoes.
- Add the rice, potatoes, spices, pour water, set the mode “Stewing” for a half hour.
- At the end of cooking to put crushed garlic.
- Leave the soup in the mode “heating” for 10 minutes.
In the soup you can add any greens.
