Lemon pancakes

For cooking these pancakes is best to use refined vegetable oil without smell. We have added the dough with cognac instead you can also use rum or vodka. As for feeding you can use all kinds of dessert sauces.


1 lemon
1 egg
1 Cup of yogurt
150 g flour
1.5 tbsp sugar
sachet of vanilla sugar
½ Tsp soda
a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of brandy
