Do you love mango like I love him? If Yes, then this smoothie is for you!
1 large mango (approx. 300 g);
1 tbsp. of honey;
3-4 tbsp natural yogurt;
1 lime (or lemon);
1. Mango clean, remove the bone and cut into slices to fit into the blender.
2. Add the honey, yogurt, lime juice — 2 tbsp (make sure not to hit the bone, otherwise the smoothie might taste bitter) and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
3. Whisk in a blender all together for a minute. In order for a smoothie was more liquid, I added half a Cup of water. And if you like colder you can add ice chips.
