Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • potatoes– 200 gr.
  • flour – 200 gr.
  • egg – 1 PC.
  • butter – 50 gr.
  • salt
  • Filling:
  • pork (or beef) – 500 gr.
  • Bulgarian pepper – 2 PCs.
  • tomato – 1 PC.
  • onions – 2 PCs.
  • fatty cream (33-38%) – 100 ml.
  • milk – 100 ml.
  • eggs – 2 PCs.
  • tomato paste – 2 tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • cheese – 100 gr.

Method of preparation

  • Step 1 Potato finely chop and boil in salted water until tender.
  • Step 2 drain the Water, potato mash.
  • Step 3 Add the egg, oil, mix well.
  • Step 4 Pour the flour and knead the dough.
  • Step 5 place it in a releasable form, making bumpers sent in the freezer while preparing the filling.
  • Step 6 Pepper cut into not large, lightly fry.
  • Step 7 grind the Onion, fry in a separate pan, add the meat, cut into small cubes, fry until almost cooked, sprinkle with salt.

  • Step 11 Bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees. 10 minutes until cooked sprinkle with grated cheese.
