To make baked grapefruit, we used brown sugar but you can replace it with normal. The dessert is good either warm and chilled and it goes well with ice cream.

Ingredients:

3 grapefruit
7 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
50 g butter

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In a suitable bowl, melt butter and mix with sugar and cinnamon.

Washed grapefruit cut in half, slightly cut the bottoms for stability. Carefully make a circle of shallow incisions between the skin and flesh and on the lines of partitions.

Put grapefruit halves on a baking sheet and evenly and thickly cut with a mass of oil with sugar. Send in the oven and bake 10-12 minutes, until caramel brown. Then take out and let cool slightly.
