Unusually delicious cake shatters in the blink of an eye! So bear in mind that this recipe makes 4 servings.
250 g flour
60 g melted butter
6 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp. milk
250 g cream cheese
80 ml cream 15% fat
150 g fresh strawberries
In a deep dish, mix the sifted flour, melted butter, 3 tbsp of sugar (the other half goes to the cream) and eggs. Stir it all up.
Pour the milk gradually, half Cup, stirring constantly future the dough for pancakes. The result should be a batter with no lumps.
The dough pass through a sieve and send in the fridge for 30 minutes.
While the dough rises, make the cream. In a bowl put the cream cheese, add the remaining 3 tablespoons of sugar and whip thoroughly with a mixer.
Pour in the cream mixture and again beat until a homogeneous mass without lumps. The cream is ready!
Take out the dough from the refrigerator, put it on a heated pan with a small amount of butter and start making the pancakes. 3 minutes on one side and 1 minute on the other will suffice.
Put finished pancakes in a pile and wait until they cool off. Cut each pancake in half and then each half in two in. Each pancake should be of 4 thin strips.
Put two pancakes on the Board, so the edge of one came the other edge, brush with cream and put strawberries, thinly sliced, on the top edge of the pancake. Wrap up the pancake into a roll.
Do the same with other blinnye stripes of alternating layers with strawberries and without it. Wrap the first pancake roll second, second to third and so on. When to turn the pancake cake will become hard, put it on a plate.
