Method of preparation
Cut into thin slices, peel on peel, 1/2 fresh pineapple, 1 orange, 1 lime, place in a large pot or vase for a punch.
Lightly crush the fruit with a spoon to let the juice.
Pour in a jug of pineapple or orange juice and tonic.
Serve over ice.
Visitors can add to the punch a little bright rum.
