Fresh pineapple 1/2 Pieces
Orange 1 Piece
Lime 1 Piece
Pineapple or orange juice 1 Liter
Tonic 1 Liter
Light rum 100 Milliliters

Method of preparation

  1. Cut into thin slices, peel on peel, 1/2 fresh pineapple, 1 orange, 1 lime, place in a large pot or vase for a punch.

  2. Lightly crush the fruit with a spoon to let the juice.

  3. Pour in a jug of pineapple or orange juice and tonic.

  4. Serve over ice.

  5. Visitors can add to the punch a little bright rum.
