We have long ceased to be surprised by the exotic taste of pineapple. Today this tropical fruit can be purchased in any store or market that has led to the emergence of an abundance of recipes for salads with pineapple. These salads will complement a festive dinner or daily lunch meal on the weekends. Pineapple combined with squid, mushrooms, egg, chicken, shrimp, smoked sausage, cheese. In this recipe, we use the usual for all components that are not expensive and make us happy, striking a delicate taste with its mix.

Ingredients for salad with pineapple

  • Eggs – 2 PCs;
  • Corn – 1 Bank;
  • Canned pineapple 380 g;
  • Mayonnaise – 40 ml;
  • 2 cucumbers;
  • Chicken breast – 300 g

Recipe salad with pineapple

  1. In salted water boil the chicken, divide it into small pieces (optional, you can cut it into cubes).
  2. Cucumbers cut into small strips.
