Summer salad with kohlrabi and tomatoes

Step 1: chop the vegetables.
Green onions cut into rings, the tomatoes into slices, iceberg lettuce wash, dry and coarsely chop. Cabbage kohlrabi peel and cut into thin slices to the salad felt texture.
Step 2: mix the summer salad with kohlrabi and tomatoes.
Now in a bowl, mix all chopped vegetables, add salt, vegetable oil, balsamic vinegar and stir. Serve immediately.

Tips for recipe:
Instead of balsamic vinegar you can use freshly squeezed lemon juice.
