Method of preparation
Take 900 g beef tenderloin, cut into 3-4 steaks, salt and pepper.
Mix 0.25 Cup olive oil 1.5 tsp. cumin, 1 tsp dried or chopped fresh garlic, smear the steaks and fry on the grill grill for 3 minutes on each side, for medium rare, or slightly longer. Place on a cutting Board, let cool 5 minutes and thinly slice steak.
