400 ml buttermilk
200 ml freshly squeezed tangerine juice (about 4 tangerines)
40 g halved walnuts (about 6 walnuts), roughly chopped
40 g dried apricots (about 7 pieces), roughly chopped
1-2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
Whisk tangerine juice, walnuts and apricots in a blender for one minute or for as long as walnuts and apricots are not interrupted.
Add the buttermilk and maple syrup / honey. Blend again.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
