red onion – 1 onion (need to cut)
bell peppers – 2 large (need to cut)
carrots – 3 large pieces (need to cut)
potatoes – 1 piece (need to cut)
vegetable broth – 2 cups
paprika – 1 teaspoon
sesame seeds – 1-2 teaspoons
cilantro – 1 handful (need to cut)
salt and black pepper, to taste
boiling water – 1 Cup
In deep skillet, heat olive oil and fry the onion until soft. Next add the peppers and fry for a few minutes.
2. Next add the carrots, potatoes. Simmer 3 minutes, then add broth.
3. Reduce the heat to choot more medium and cook for another 20 minutes, until the vegetables are soft.
4. Remove the soup from the heat and add the wig, salt and pepper. Let the soup to cool a bit and grind it to desired consistency.
5. Soup serve hot with cilantro and sesame seeds.
