Creamy soups are necessary for a healthy diet. Cook them simply and quickly using a blender.

For vegetable soup

Zucchini 1 Piece
Potatoes 2 Pieces
Carrots 2 Pieces
Onion 1 Piece
Butter 2 Tablespoons
Broth 1 Liter
Cream 200 Milliliters
Salt To taste
Pepper To taste

Method of preparation

  1. In a heavy-bottomed pan put 2 tbsp butter, 1 chopped onion and let it cook gently for (not sacarifice) 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the peeled and chopped 2 carrots and 2 potatoes, pour 1 liter of hot broth and cook for 10 minutes. Shred 1 small zucchini, put in a pot and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Drain part of the broth, chop the vegetables in a blender, add 200 ml of hot cream and remaining broth (to desired consistency). Bring the soup to a boil, season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour on plates.
