Вегетарианский суп с рисом и карри

To prepare this delicious and light soup and is best suited parboiled rice. We used for this recipe ready vegetable broth, but you can replace it with water. Olive oil you can substitute vegetable instead of cilantro add to the soup parsley.

Ingredients:

4-5 PCs of potatoes
1 carrot
100 g of canned corn
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
4 tbsp rice
1 tsp curry
2-3 grains of cardamom
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
1.2 l vegetable stock
coriander

Preparation:

Potatoes clean and cut into pieces, carrots cut into slices, onion cut into half rings, and garlic grind. Heat up a frying pan with olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant, then add the onion and sauté until Golden brown.

Bring to boil broth and add potatoes, carrots, rice and corn. Boil on low heat for 10 minutes, then add fried onion with garlic, curry, cardamom, salt and pepper to taste. Cook the soup until the vegetables are tender and the rice, then let stand 10 minutes. Ready soup add cilantro to taste.
